Our mission focuses on the preservation and elevation of each individual human blueprint, while making a positive impact on earth’s eternity.  Our belief is deeply rooted in a person centered care design with a commitment to the philosophy and ethics of sustainability and a tertiary social health care approach.  This three tier model, person centered care, sustainability and tertiary health care enable mankind to flourish while procuring and replenishing the earth.

We strive to enhance human life by exercising a lens of person centered care and the development of an individualized multidisciplinary care plan that engulfs trauma response. By providing a plethora of social tertiary health care programs, access to various social welfare agencies and alternative educational models.  As well as creating a venue of rich social fabric, while maintaining roots in the philosophy and ethics of sustainability; thus creating an authentic circle of support.  Our integrated three tier model incorporates multiple industries: healthcare, education, agriculture, and technology are interwoven together seamlessly, fulfilling Springwell’s vision of self-sustainability.  

 Our world is cracking at the seams as an outcome largely due to trauma response, PTSD.  The impact of the past two decades have crippled many communities across America and our world, as a result from a direct or indirect response from the world’s political, social and environmental processes; mass school shootings, opiate and methamphetamine crisis, post COVID mental health, co-occurring comorbidities and substance abuse is on the rise, our eco system is fragile and our economy is unstable and volatile our ER’s are flooded, our doctor offices no longer function with just the doctor, you must have nurse practitioners and a team of specialized departmental care, we have to meet the present impact our changing world has placed on human life, before the crisis and the only way we do that is through person centered care, sustainability and social tertiary healthcare.
